Sound Community Bank’s new Online Banking experience is coming on August 27, 2024! The below information provides direction for our clients utilizing Intuit products through this transition. If you use QuickBooks (desktop and online), Quicken, and other aggregation products such as Credit Karma and Rocket Money - start here.

Disconnect and Reconnect Instructions

QuickBooks Desktop/Quicken Users:

Note: Ability to download transactions via Quicken/QuickBooks returns August 28, 2024.

Other Aggregation Services such as QuickBooks Online, Quicken Express, Credit Karma, Rocket Money, etc. Services unavailable from Friday, August 23rd until Wednesday, September 2nd. See below for instructions for each of the following programs.  

  • First action: complete by August 23, 2024 by 3pm PT
  • Second action date is after August 27, 2024
  • Ability to download transactions resumes on September 4, 2024
  • QuickBooks Online
  • Quicken Express

Troubleshooting Reconnection

If you have duplicate accounts after reconnecting, follow these steps:

  1. Confirm all accounts are deactivated, including inactive (QuickBooks) or hidden (Quicken) accounts.
  2. QuickBooks users: Delete any downloaded transactions that do not match the register in the Online Banking Center. Quicken Users: delete the duplicate accounts.
  3. Repeat the reconnection steps.

If you have duplicate transactions after reconnecting, follow these steps:

  1. Duplicate transactions not added to the register: delete them individually prior to accepting.
  2. Added transactions to the register: Delete from the register individually or in groups.
