Why are we converting to a new online banking system?
Answer: The conversion is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security, improve user experience, and introduce new features that will benefit our clients.
When will the online banking conversion take place?
Answer: The conversion is scheduled to begin August 23rd at 3pm Pacific. Beginning at this time, our current online banking system will be shut down and the new online system will be available Tuesday, August 27th.
Will I need to re-register for online banking after the conversion?
Answer: No, existing users will not need to re-register. Your account information and login ID will be migrated to the new system seamlessly. When you log in for the first time, the new system will verify you using your phone or email, then have you set a new password based on our new password requirements.
Can I use the same password as before?
Answer: If your password adheres to our new password requirements, you can use the same password.
What changes can I expect in the new online banking system?
Answer: The new system will feature a more intuitive interface, improved navigation, enhanced security measures, and additional functionalities such as money management tools, personal credit scores, and Zelle.
How will the conversion impact my scheduled transfers or automatic bill payments?
Answer: Scheduled transactions and automatic payments will be transferred to the new system without any disruption. However, we recommend reviewing your upcoming transactions post-conversion to ensure accuracy.
Can I still use my existing debit/credit cards with the new online banking system?
Answer: Yes, your existing debit/credit cards will remain valid. The conversion only affects the online banking platform, not physical cards.
Will there be any downtime during the conversion process?
Answer: While we strive to minimize disruptions, there will be a brief period of downtime during the conversion. This will begin August 23rd at 3pm Pacific and end when the new system is live on Tuesday morning August 27th. We recommend conducting critical transactions outside of the scheduled conversion window.
How do I get assistance if I encounter issues during or after the conversion?
Answer: Our customer support team will be available to assist you. You can reach them at 800 458-5585.
Is there anything I need to do proactively before the conversion?
Answer: We recommend updating your contact information to ensure you receive important notifications. Additionally, review your account details to confirm they are accurate.
Can I access both the old and new online banking systems during the transition?
Answer: No, access to the old system will be discontinued after the conversion. Please use the new platform for all your online banking needs.
Will there be any changes to the online banking website URL?
Answer: No, there will be no changes to the URL. You can continue to access online banking through the same website address.
Are there be any new security measures in place with the new system?
Answer: Yes, the new system incorporates advanced security features to safeguard your financial information. After you log in we recommend reviewing and updating your security preferences for an added layer of protection.
